The International Forum “Trans-Siberian Cultural Dialogue” is a dedicated expert platform within the Trans-Siberian Art Festival of Vadim Repin. The Forum was created as a space for in-depth dialogue on contemporary strategies for cultural development, international exchange of experience, and the search for effective models of interaction between public institutions, the private sector, and representatives of the creative industries.

The project brings together professionals from the fields of culture and the arts, touring and festival industries. Participants discuss practical mechanisms of cooperation between government bodies, cultural institutions, and private production companies, as well as current approaches to promoting creative projects on the international stage.

The Forum focuses on cultural cooperation, partnership initiatives, talent development, modern technological solutions in the arts, and the transformation of international cooperation formats.

The three-day program includes discussions on the role of the state in shaping cultural policy, models of public–private cooperation, and the potential of festivals as drivers of cultural, tourism, and economic development in the regions.

The Forum is intended for representatives of public and municipal cultural institutions, production and promotion companies, festival directors, creative teams, international partners, and emerging professionals in the field.
